Can you create a design using my child's favorite character?


Much as I'd like to, I don't own licenses for any trademarked characters or brands.  To create such a product would put me in legal hot water.


How soon can I expect my product?


Most products leave my shop within 2 business days of purchase.  I'll contact you if I anticipate a delay.  


Table runners and posters/banners always ship USPS Priority, so transit is typically 2-3 business days.


Press printed invitations and custom designs cannot be completed without proof approval by the customer.  After approval is received, these items will ship within 2 business days.  Invitations ship USPS First Class, so transit is typically 3-5 business days.


Printed labels, stickers, favor kits, etc. ship USPS First class, so transit is typically 3-5 business days.


Digital products are sent to customer-provided email within 2 business days.


Where do you get your designs?


I create all of my own designs.  Some are hand drawn, others are entirely digital art created in Illustrator and Photoshop.  All photos used for invitations and other designs were taken by me and are the property of Melinda Bryant Photography, LLC.  Birds, reptiles, and creepy crawlies were photographed with the cooperation of Scales and Tails Utah.  We're not affiliated but I've had them do two of my kids parties.  They do fantastic animal presentations!


Will you tell me how to print my digital products?


Yes!  Absolutely.  All digital file purchases are sent with instructions on how to print them, where to print them, and what type of paper works best for that particular item.  If you need further assistance I'm happy to help.


What is the best way to contact you if I need help right away?


I check my email frequently, but if you need help right away you should contact me through Etsy convos.  My Etsy shop is also called Melinda Bryant Party Boutique.  I receive push notifications on my cell phone so, unless circumstances prevent it, I can answer your questions right away.


Do you provide tracking?


Yes, all physical items receive a tracking number.  If your digital item hasn't arrived, please check your SPAM folder.  Please contact me if it's not there.


My product was shipped days ago, why does the tracking number say "Pre-Transit?"


While it doesn't happen often, I have occasionally had packages show "Pre-Transit" right up until they're delivered.  This is a Post Office issue and not one I can control.  If your item is substantially delayed please contact me.
